  • What is your policy for aggressive dogs?
While we do accept dogs who cannot play with other dogs, all must be people friendly. We will not be able to board dogs who we find to be aggressive. Destructive dogs will also not be able to board.
  • What do I need to bring from home?
Pet parents are encouraged to bring their pet’s favorite bed, blanket, and chew toys. For added comfort, we recommend that you bring an unwanted T-shirt with your scent on it. As always, please label all belongings with a permanent marker. Additionally: To prevent upset tummies, we ask that you bring your labeled food from home. We will be happy to serve it just like you do with any toppers or special details. That includes any refrigerated food or toppers. We also have our in-house food (Fromm Chicken and Brown Rice) that you can opt to use. We will be implementing a $5 per dog, per day charge for those who opt in to using our food. You may bring special food bowls such as slow feeders, ceramic bowls, or raised feeders if your dog uses it at home. However, we have many stainless steel food and water bowls here! If you dog takes medications, we recommend portioning them out in medicine boxes to ensure your pup gets the right dose at the right time. We also have medicine boxes here and can sort them according to your detailed, written instructions.
