Dog Camp Is All Spay and Neuter Print E-mail

Dog Camp Pet Boarding is proud to be an all spay and neuter facility - it has been since 2005. Here's our policy:
Puppies and kittens under 6 months of age, dogs and cats with medical issues with documentation from their veterinarian and show dogs WITH papers are the only exceptions. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not ask for an exception. Please do your part to help control Austin's OVER pet population . . .spay and neuter your pets!

All pets must have these current vaccinations on file for all reservations.
Our Fax Number is 1-866-574-2040. It is your responsibility to have you vet send over your shot records to us.

DOGS
Rabies ..................................every 3 years
DHLPP .................................every 12 months
Kennel Cough / Bordetella .....intra-nasal every 6 months, injection every 12 months

CATS
Rabies ...........every 12 months
FVCRPP .........every 12 months
Leukemia .......outdoor cats only, every 12 months
 
Office Hours / Check-In and Check Out Times
Monday - Friday     8am - 5:30pm
Saturday                9am - noon
Sunday                  4pm-6pm for pick up only

*Please be mindful of our hours. If you would like to spend some time checking in and setting up your pet, please give yourself ample time to do so before we close up for the day! We charge by the nights spent, so you have all day to drop off and pick up.

Our Cancellation Policy
Dog Camp is very flexibe with adding, changing & cancelling reservations.  We do require during peak times (May-September, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Spring Break) at least 48 hours notice when cancelling a reservation. Less than 48 hours notice during this time will incurr a 50% charge of reserved time. Future reservations will not be honored unitl payment is received.
 
Aggressive and / or Destructive Dogs 
While we do accept dogs who cannot play with other dogs, all must be people friendly. We will not be able to board dogs who we find to be aggressive. Destructive dogs will also not be able to board.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION

Gear From Home
Feel free to bring anything from home to make your pet's stay more comfortable. We've seen it all so don't worry whether you should bring it or not! One note, please don't bring anything you'd be sad if your dog decided this would be a good time to tear it up! We have plenty of bowls so there's no need to bring those along. Forgot something? We've got chews, treats, toys & food in the Camp Store

Food
You are more than welcome to bring your food from home or use ours, the Flint River Ranch. It's helpful if you pre-portion your food into zip locks but it's not a requirement.

Medications
We take medication administration very seriously. Help us by sorting, pre-portioning & making notes for us, as it applies.

Please . . .LABEL, LABEL, LABEL
We do a ton of laundry...labeling helps us get your goods back to your pet.... this includes leashes as well.
